terms and conditions

Booking and Payment:

  •    All workshop bookings are subject to availability.

  •     A minimum of 7 participants is required per workshop.

  •    A maximum of 25 participants per workshop

  •    Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  •  Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the workshop will result in forfeiture of payment.

  •  In the event that Rogue Florals needs to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another date.

Venue Requirements:

  •  The client is responsible for providing a suitable venue for the workshop.

  •  The venue must be comfortable with a bit of mess and easy to clean.

  •  Please ensure the venue is accessible and has adequate space for participants to work comfortably.

  •  We will bring all the equipment to clean up the space after the workshop, leaving the space just as we found it.

Materials and Equipment:

  •   Rogue Florals will provide all necessary materials and equipment for the workshop.

  •  Participants are expected to treat all materials with care and respect.

Liability & Safety

  • Participation involves use of sharp tools; attendees assume all responsibility and agree to follow instructor’s safety guidance.

  • Rogue Florals, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

Force Majeure

  • In cases of unforeseen events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Rogue Florals may reschedule or cancel workshops without liability. Participants will be offered a full refund or date transfer.

Booking & Process

How far in advance should I book my Workshop?
We recommend booking as early as possible,  A minimum of 2 weeks in advance is ideal to secure your date. But we are always happy to accommodate last minute bookings.

How many guest are able to attend the workshops?

The minimum we take is 7 guests per workshop. We also cater to larger groups up to 25 guest per workshop. If your number falls outside of these, get in touch with Ash and she will work something out to suit.

How do in know my space is suitable for a workshop?
We are super flexible with where we can set up or workshops, All we ask is that the space is able to get a bit messy. Also there has too be enough table space for each guest with enough room for them to work on 

 

Do I need any prior experience to attend?
No experience is necessary! Our workshops are designed for all skill levels.

What should I bring?
Just yourself and your enthusiasm! We provide all materials and tools needed for the workshop.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please refer to our Booking and Payment Terms for detailed information on our cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Can I host a workshop at my venue?

Absolutely! We bring the workshop to your location, whether it's your home, office, or any suitable space.

Is there an age limit?
Workshops are suitable for ages 12 and up. For younger participants, please contact us to discuss suitability.

Are refreshments provided?
Refreshments are not included, but you're welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages to enjoy during the workshop.

Can I customize the workshop for a special occasion?
Yes! We can tailor the workshop to suit your event, whether it's a hens party, birthday, or team-building session.

What if I have allergies?
Please inform us in advance of any allergies, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I take my creation home?
Absolutely! All participants take home their handmade creations.
