THE PROCESS

Step 1: Get in Touch

  • Start by filling out our Quote Form or exploring our Elopement & Wedding Packages. This helps us understand your vision, preferences, and wedding details.

Step 2: Quote & Mini Design Brief

  • Within 48 hours, we’ll confirm availability for your date and provide a custom quote along with a mini design brief. This outlines your chosen color palette, floral style, and seasonal considerations.

Step 3: Secure Your Booking

  • Once you're happy with the quote, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. After this, we’ll schedule a quick call to go over any details like delivery or pickup arrangements.

Step 4: Ongoing Communication & Adjustments

  • We’ll stay in touch throughout the process, and changes can be made up to four weeks before your wedding. We’ll check in again as your big day approaches to confirm all final details.

Step 5: Wedding Day Delivery or Pickup

  • On the morning of your wedding, your florals will be ready for delivery or pickup from our location, beautifully prepared and ready to go!

  • We’re here to make your wedding florals effortless and stunning—if you have any questions along the way, just let us know!

Wedding Flower Packages – Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Full payment can also be made upfront if preferred.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

Package Inclusions & Design

  • Each package includes floral arrangements designed to style and within the color palette chosen by the couple.

  • Flowers are arranged with the freshest seasonal blooms available, ensuring a high-quality, beautifully curated selection.

Seasonal Availability & Substitutions

  • While every effort is made to source your preferred blooms, all flowers are subject to seasonal availability.

  • If a specific flower is unavailable, a suitable substitution will be made, maintaining the overall style, color palette, and value of your chosen design.

  • Floral designs will remain in line with the agreed-upon aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive and stunning result.

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery and/or pickup details will be confirmed closer to the date. A quick phone consultation will be scheduled after booking to discuss final logistics.

  • If delivery is required, additional charges may apply depending on the location.

Cancellations & Changes

  • If you need to cancel your booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Any changes to your order must be made at least four weeks before the wedding to ensure availability. Additional costs may apply for upgrades or last-minute adjustments.

Booking & Process

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons. A minimum of 3–6 months in advance is ideal to secure your date.

What if I don’t know exactly what flowers I want?
No worries! We’ll guide you through the design process. After filling out our quote form, we provide a mini design brief with suggested flowers, colors, and styles based on your preferences and seasonal availability.

Can I make changes after booking?
Yes! You can make adjustments to your floral designs up until four weeks before your wedding.

Do you offer consultations?
We include a quick phone consultation after your deposit is paid to go over key details like delivery or pickup and any final tweaks.

Can I customize a package?
Absolutely! Packages are designed to be a starting point—you can add extra florals or adjust colors and styles to suit your vision.

What flowers will be used in my arrangements?
We work with seasonal blooms to ensure the freshest, best-quality flowers. If a specific flower is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with something of similar style and value.

Can I request a specific color palette?
Yes! We design your florals based on the palette you choose during the booking process.

Delivery & Pickup

Can I pick up my flowers instead?
Yes! If you’d prefer to pick up your flowers, we’ll have them packaged and ready for you at our location.

When will my flowers be ready on the wedding day?
Your flowers will be prepared for pickup or delivered on the morning of your wedding, ensuring they are fresh and perfect for your big day.
